A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
I provide person-centered professional and compassionate high quality therapy and consultation services for children, families, and individuals in Park City and Wasatch County, with special emphasis on teenage/adolescent issues as well as school related problems. I believe that therapy is both a cooperative and collaborative process, in which the client is viewed as the expert on their own life and the factors influencing it. This allows treatment goals to be developed with both the client and a therapist through an eclectic approach that best meets a client's individualized needs.
